Milk is something that is part of everyone’s diet. Milk is a product full of nutrients and is found very healthy for our body.

Package of nutrients: Milk contain vitamins and minerals which is very beneficial for our body. It is also rich in protein which is needed for growth and bones and also contains zinc, vitamin A, and magnesium.

Good source of proteins: Protein which is very important for our body to function properly and it is also responsible for the growth and development of our body. Milk is rich source of protein as one cup of protein have nearly 8gm of protein in it. Milk contains all nine amino acid which is good for our health.

Responsible for bone health: Milk is considered as a powerful combination of nutrients which have calcium, phosphorus, potassium and vitamins in them. All the above are the nutrients which are needed for proper development of our bones. According to some studies it is found that including milk in our diet may reduce the risk of bone fractures.

Prevent weight gain: In milk we find various components which help our body in weight loss and also prevent further weight gain. We should add whole milk in our diet to reduce weight of our body.

Versatile ingredient: Milk is considered a versatile ingredient of our diet as we can take milk in various forms like smoothies, coffee, oatmeal etc. Adding milk in our diet is very easy an is very healthy.

These were some of the reasons why we should include milk in our diet but everyone can not take milk in their diet as some people are not able to digest milk. So, its totally on your choice weather to add milk in your diet or not.
