WHEN TO DRINK WATER ?

Drinking sufficient amount of water in a day is so important not just for your body but also for your skin , eyes and health . One should try to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water . People often drink enough water but do they drink it on the right time ? Is there any specific time to drink water ? let us find out :

Right after you wake up – when you wake up after sleeping for 7 – 8 hours try to drink water rather than  tea or coffee because you are already dehydrated and your body needs water .

Drink water before a meal – drinking water during eating is not considered healthy so if you are feeling thirsty then drink a glass of water before meal as it helps in digestion and also makes you feel full and prevents you from overeating too . But you can drink water during eating if it is necessary .

Before and after exercising – drinking a glass of water before exercising is good but do not drink too much as you may feel uncomfortable bloating  when you are exercising . Also during exercise try to sip water on equal basis as it compensates to what you have lost through sweat . And after exercising it is obviously important to drink water as it keeps you hydrated .

Before going to bed – as you are going to sleep and obviously you will be dehydrated for 7 hours so it is recommended to drink a glass of water before going to bed as it will prevent you from dry mouth .
