Intermittent fasting has recently become very famous among people. It is also said to be a healthier way and it actually helps in reducing weight and also improves metabolic health.

Here are some of the popular ways to do intermittent fasting:

The 16/8 method: The following method of fasting means not eating for 16 hours a day and then eating for 8 hours a day and in that 8 hour you can have two, three or more meals. In the fasting time of the day, you can take coffee, water or other drink with zero calories. Do not take lots of processed food.

The 5:2 diet: In this following method you can eat for five days in a week and then restrict your self for two days. This diet is found to be very beneficial in reducing weight.

Eat – stop – eat: In this method one has to involve a 24-hours fast once or twice in a week. During the day of fasting one can drink water, coffee but no solid intake should be done. To do this one should manage their diet then only will be able to lose weight. For beginner they should start with 14 to 16 hours of fasting instead 24 hours.

Alternate day fasting: In this method one has to eat one day and the other day is fast but this method is not really very helpful in reducing weight.

Warrior diet: In this particular method one has to eat small number of raw fruits and vegetable whole day and at night they can eat whole meal. This is found to be very popular way of intermittent fasting.

These were some ways in which one can reduce their weight, even by eating everything but in small quantity. Intermittent fasting is very popular today an it actually helps in weight reduction.
