Today we all want long and shiner nails and this trend is very famous among women, even men want their nails to be shiner and strong.

Maintaining healthy and shiner nails that look fashionable should not take so much expense and time. Regular nail care can provide you with healthy nails. Your nail care plans must be simple and cheap.

Here are some tips that will help you in maintaining healthy nails: -

Intake biotin: It is said that taking a proper diet and healthy food will help you to maintain healthy nails. Taking of biotin which is vitamin B complex will be helpful in strengthening and growing of your nails.

Apply nail polish: Applying nail polish will not harm your nails but one should apply them with breaks in between. Nail polish protect your nails from outside dust and germs. Also try to use acetone-free nail polish remover to keep your nails healthy.

Trim your nails: Trimming your nails on regular basis will help you in maintaining stronger and healthier nails and this will protect your nails from breaking and snagging. To smooth your nails from edges, use a fine file.

Use nail brush to clean nails: It is found that people use sharp, pointy tools to clean nails which leads to damage your nails. Using nail brush will clean your nails and will also not damage your nails and will make your nails healthier and stronger.

Protect nails from soapy water: Wear gloves will be putting your hands in soapy or hot water as that leads to make your nails weaker.
