Well who does not want a good skin ? But to make your skin good and healthy you not only need good cosmetics but you also need to add certain foods in your diet because unhealthy food can damage your health :

Fish – fish is great for your skin as well as your hair because they are very rich in nutrients such as protein , vitamin E and omega 3 fatty acids which helps in reducing inflammation and skin your skin smooth and moisturized and helps in production of new skin cells too .

Avocado – avocado are rich in anti oxidants and healthy fats which is essential for keeping the skin flexible and moisturized . You can either eat avocado or can apply it as face mask .

Broccoli – broccoli is another food which is rich in nutrients and is good for your skin . It has many nutrients which benefits your skin such as zinc , vitamin C and vitamin A . It also contains certain nutrients which may help prevent sun burn and skin cancer too .

Tomatoes – tomatoes are considered natural toner . As it is an excellent source of vitamin C it protects you against sun burn . You can either eat it or can apply it as face mask .

Green tea – another great reason to drink green tea is that it prevents wrinkles and aging as it rich in anti oxidants and also keeps skin hydrated .

Oranges and lemons – oranges and lemon are an excellent source of vitamin C which helps your skin to glow and prevent sun damage . They tones your skin and prevents wrinkles and aging .
