Today we all are doing all our work online sitting for hours on laptop and computer which is leading to cause vision problem among us. More than half of the people around are having eye sight problem.

We can improve our eye sight if we include some of these foo items in our diet:

Fish: Fishes such as salmon, tuna which are fresh water fishes contain omega-3 fatty acid which help to protect our eyes from dryness. Taking this also helps in providing fish oil which is also good for eyes.

Leafy vegetables: Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale is very good source of vitamins and they are full of lutein and zeaxanthin which is very good for improving vision. Vegetables like peas and broccoli are also good for eye sight and are also antioxidants.

Eggs: As we know eggs contain lutein and vitamin A which is important for our eyes as lack of these cause night blindness. Eggs also helps in eye growth and its functioning.

Whole grains: Diet which contain whole grains food have a low glycemic index which reduces the risk for age-related macular degeneration. They also help in maintaining a good eye sight.

Nuts: Nuts like walnut, almonds are very good source of omega-3 fatty acid and vitamin E which boost our eye health an also maintain a good eye sight.

Legumes: Legumes plants like kidney beans, black-eyed peas are found to be good in bioflavonoids and zinc which helps in protecting your eye sight.

These are some of the food items which helps in improving your eye sight. Including these food items in your diet will help you to cure eyes problem and also helps in increasing eye sight.
