Common cold is a very common problem among the people. There can be various reason of common cold it may be due to change of environment or due to any bacterial actions. When our body start feeling feverish, nasal congestion, headache and body ache that time it is common cold.

There are so many home remedies which help in the treatment of cold and flu in the home.

Here are some of the food items which help you in curing your common cold:

Vitamin C: Vitamin C plays a very important role in our body as it has so many health benefits. Vitamin C rich food such as oranges, lemon and green leafy vegetables help us to get over common cold. They also help in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections and other illness.
