People faces various problems in digestion of food. Symptoms that include the problem of digestion are bloating abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea.

Our body need a various type of nutrient which includes fiber, protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamin and minerals and some of these nutrients are hard to digest.

Here are some of the food items that will keep you healthy as well as will avoid the digestive problems:

Toast: Toast is found to digest easier than bread because in the process of toasting it breaks down some of the carbohydrate. People who face problem in digestion of wheat toast they should first try it plane and then apply any spread on it.

White rice: We all know that white rice is rich in energy and protein. Digestion of white rice is easier as it does not have more quantity of fiber as compared to that in Brown or red rice. White rice also has vitamin and Minerals which enhance its nutritional value.

Bananas: Bananas are considered a good food as they contain carbohydrate, fiber protein and many more vitamin and minerals and it is also known that Bananas can be digested very easily as they provide a fluid in our stomach which help the people suffering from diarrhea and constipation.

Eggs: Boiled or scampered eggs are considered to be digested easily and they are also easy to prepare. People recovering from stomach virus or nausea should after eat egg in their diet as it helps in recovering. If you are taking egg in your diet, please cook the egg nicely or it will lead to the risk of salmonella poisoning.

Sweet potatoes: sweet potatoes are good source of fiber and they are easier to digest as compared to any other food. Sweet potatoes increase the good bacteria in our intestine which leads to a healthy digestive system. Sweet potatoes also contain potassium which help our body to digest properly.

 These were some of the food items which taken in our diet will be considered healthy as well as they will be easy to digest. As we all know it's very important to follow a healthy diet but if we are facing problem in digestion then there should be some changes in our diet so we can add all this food items in our diet. to remain healthy and also to stop facing the problem of digestion.
