Arthritis is the swelling , tenderness of the joints . The main symptom of arthritis are stiffness , joint pain . This tends to get worsen with age . There are also different types arthritis each with different causes that includes infections , underlying diseases , wear and tear etc .

There are different types of foods that help to ease the inflammation caused by arthritis .

Garlic and ginger – studies have proven that  garlic tends to have anti inflammatory properties and eating it on regular basis can help decrease the risk of osteoarthritis . On the other hand ginger also helps to decrease the inflammation and reduce the symptoms of arthritis .

Broccoli – broccoli is one of the healthiest food out there. It also contains some important component such as sulforaphane which has anti inflammatory properties that help to reduce the symptoms to arthritis .

Walnuts and berries – walnuts contain a large amount of omega 3 fatty acids which help to ease the symptoms of arthritis and inflammation too . Berries on the other hand contains lots of vitamins , minerals and anti oxidants too which helps to decrease inflammation .

Green vegetables – green vegetables like spinach , kale etc contains lots of nutrients and numerous health benefits too . It also helps to decrease inflammation caused by arthritis .

Other foods such as grapes , olive oil , fatty fish etc also helps to reduce the symptoms of arthritis . Also eating the foods which decreases inflammation also promotes overall health . Also one should not only depends only on the diet because arthritis is a severe health problem so you should always consult a doctor and alongside the treatment continue the diet.
