Prostate is the gland in men located below the bladder and in front of the rectum . Prostate is one of the most crucial part in a man’s body . So it is also important to maintain  prostate health .

How one can maintain their prostate health :

Exercise is the key – Exercise is very important for a good prostate . As regular exercise pares down one’s risk of developing health problems . Also when exercises daily it releases stress and keep the hormones in the balance . Therefore it  also boosts the immune system . And strength training proves helpful .

Eat a balanced diet – Eating a balanced diet is so essential for maintaining a balanced diet . For a good and healthy prostate one should a diet which is full of nutrients . Eat more of veggies , fruits and less of processed foods . Also a lot of dairy and red meat is harmful . Yes , calcium is important for the health but not too much calcium as it can be unhealthy for the prostate . Also one should eat fish more than the red meat as it is rich in protein . Avoid sugar concentrated drinks such as sodas and coke . 
 Add green tea in your lifestyle – Green tea has many health benefits . Also it contains antioxidants which can play a good role in maintaining a good prostate . One should drink at least 3 – 4 cups of green tea to experience it’s full health benefits . And it’s contain way less amount of caffeine compared to a coffee so it helps in decaffeination of the body . 

It is very important to maintain prostate health as if one is careless about , it may develop prostate cancer but if one follows the given points it will lead you to a healthy body and healthy body means no diseases .
