               What is a uterus :

 It’s a hollow, pear shaped organ which is located in a women’s lower body or lower abdomen between the urinary bladder and the rectum .

           Why it is so important ?

Uterus is a vital part of a women’s body . It also forms the basis of reproductive and also it plays a crucial role in women’s fertility .

 There are certain ways to maintain one’s uterine health stated below :

·   Regular exercise :

Regular movement of one’s body can reduce the development of uterine fibroids . But one should also understand that doing rigorous exercise can be harmful do the body so one should take care of that 

        ·   Balanced diet :
Taking a balanced diet is so essential for one’s body as it contains all the important nutrients which is required for a healthy body . But one should also notice that consuming a lot of meat can be harmful for one’s body and on the contrary consuming green vegetables can reduce the development of uterine fibroids by 50 % .

 

·    Stress management :

Stress management has become so important in today’s hectic world . Stress not only affect us mentally but also affect us physically . As stress can lead to weight gain to inflammation in the body to irregular menstruation . It can also deteriorate the uterine health too . So one should at least spend 30 minutes meditating .

                                                

·   Consult a doctor :

Women should also consult a doctor on regular basis as a women’s body is complex . Also one should not take supplements without the prescription as some of them can be harmful to the body .
