Breast health has become so essential in today’s life . It is so important to spread awareness about breast health . As we know breast cancer has become so common .

HERE ARE SOME WAYS ONE CAN MAINTAIN HEALTHY BREASTS :

Limited consumption of alcohol and caffeine : Alcohol in general is already harmful for the body and it is also proven that a women who consumes alcohol have a bigger risk of developing  breast cancer compared to the women who do not .
 
A healthy and balanced diet : A diet which is full of nutrients is so important also one should never skip a meal . one should also not consume foods which are processed or are spicy or contain too much sugar .

Exercise is the key :
One should stay active and exercise regularly in order to maintain good health in general . Exercise can also reduce the risk of breast cancer . One should exercise at least exercise 30 minutes daily .
    
Good sleep is important : Sleep has become really important in today’s hectic world . In general a women should take at least 7 – 8 hours of sleep daily .

 No smoking : Smoking is already injurious to health . Studies have also stated that smoking decreases breast size and can also cause some serious problem in them .

Should not take stress : Stress does not only affects one mentally but also physically . Women generally stresses more than men . That’s why it is important to maintain mental health by performing yoga or some breathing exercises .

  Consult your doctor : Last but not the least breast examination is important . A women should regularly check up for their health .
