The word “YOGA” actually means union. Yoga help us to connect with body mind and soul together by different asanas and meditation. Yoga provide a inner peace and comfort to both body and mind.

Why study yoga?

The study of yoga helps you to grow physically, mentally and emotionally. It develops self-awareness and personal understanding within you. Yoga gives you mental peace, improve your thought, and bring balance in your body and mind. Yoga helps your body to connect with your mind.


B.Sc IN YOGA

Bachelor of science in yoga or B.Sc in yoga is a undergraduate (3 year) course. The course is mixture of yoga and self-management skills. This course helps you to get more and clear knowledge about yoga. This course gives a classroom lectures and practical knowledge about yoga. This course combines classical yoga and modern lifestyle methods of yoga.


QUALIFICATION:

Minimum qualification for this course is class 12 with 50% marks from recognized board. Selection process for this course is through merit list or entrance exam. Course fees for this is Rs 10,000/- to Rs 3 lakhs.  Other than all these educational qualification students should also have good communication skills, strong determination, basic knowledge of yoga and interest in yoga.


 FEES STRUCTURE:

Government or public college fees ranges from Rs 10,000/- to Rs 75,000/-.

Private college fees range from Rs 25,000/- to 3, 00,000/-.

This particular course is of 3 years and each year has 2 semesters that is in total 6 semesters in 3 years.
